Coaching Transparency

“I hold the strong belief that transparency regarding one’s background is paramount, particularly in coaching, where individuals entrust their personal and professional development.

Allow me to provide an overview of my 35-year career journey, marked by the seamless integration of personal and professional growth.

My Beginning

It commenced within the dynamic environment of a high-pressure car dealership at the age of 20, culminating in the distinction of becoming the youngest agent at a prominent Australian insurance agency by the age of 25.”

In this crucial phase, I learned the importance of building genuine client relationships, excelling in sales, practicing empathy, and utilizing referrals. Following the sale of my agency, I transitioned into various management positions, gaining a reputation for achieving results others couldn’t.

Subsequently, I was approached by a prominent Australian businessman to assume leadership of his company. This role further developed my expertise in time management, strategic planning, and unwavering accountability. Working closely with a prominent figure highlighted the paramount importance of competence, self-accountability, and exceptional time-management skills—values that shape my interactions with clients on a daily basis today.

International Arena

In 2001, shortly before the events of 9/11, I was recruited by an international company. Within six months, I was living and working across three different time zones. This experience ignited my passion for living abroad, and over the past 25 years, my professional endeavors have broadened globally.
